Sponsoring the Festival 

The Kington Langley Scarecrow Festival has grown organically since it started 2000. We rely on the community to volunteer to staff the event, and also on local businesses to help fund the event. Currently it costs about £7,000 each year to put on the event and we aim to raise about £3,000 of that through sponsorship with the balance made up from the previous year's event.
If your business would like to be part of this thriving community event we offer a number of options:

Tier 1 - Sponsor the Scarecrows (£100)

• Your company name, logo and web URL will be displayed on three scarecrow's A4 sign
• We'll give you a "shout out" on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc)

Tier 2 - Sponsor the Scarecrows (£250)

• Your company name, logo and web URL will be displayed on five scarecrow's A4 sign PLUS
  
• your banner will be displayed on the Scarecrow Trail (location at our discretion) PLUS

• We'll give you a "shout out" on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc)

Tier 3 - Prime sponsor (£500)

• Your Company name will be on our main banners PLUS
  
• in all programmes, PLUS
• your banner in the prime site of Middle Common​ PLUS
• Your company name, logo and web URL will be displayed on five scarecrow's A4 sign PLUS
• We'll give you a "shout out" on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc)

Other Contributions:
We are always very grateful for:
• Raffle prizes;
• Services / goods / labour on the weekend itself;
• Anonymous donations; or
• Anything else that you’re happy to give!
