How to Apply
We follow a digital-first application process to maintain clear records and a level playing field for all applicants.
- Submission: Complete the formal "Grant Request Form" available right here on our website.

Allocation Framework
While Trustees maintain discretionary flexibility to respond to community needs, we use the following strategic guidelines for distributing our annual surplus:
- The Elizabeth Coles Award (~40%): Our primary strategic grant for a major charity. These are chosen by our committee but we are happy to accept suggestions ([email protected]). For 2026, our 'Sea' theme aligns with the RNLI.
- Local Community Pillars (~5% each): Focused on Kington Langley infrastructure, including the Primary School, St Peter’s Church, and the Village Hall/Playing Fields.
- Regional/Non-Village Grants (~2.5%): Smaller discretionary grants for organizations within the North Wiltshire area but outside the immediate parish.
